Hello! Welcome! My name is Yassaman. This website represents my own journey of self-discovery. These are above all compilations from the Baha’i Holy Writings which shed light to some of the dark corners of my soul searching journey and assisted me in having a better understanding of my own true self.

I decided to compile my research and studies of these WRITINGS, firstly in booklet form, and then more recently in this website, when I came across this quote from Baha'u'llah:

"O wayfarer in the path of God! Take thou thy portion of the ocean of His grace, and deprive not thyself of the things that lie hidden in its depths. Be thou of them that have partaken of its treasures. A dewdrop out of this ocean would, if shed upon all that are in the heavens and on the earth, suffice to enrich them with the bounty of God, the Almighty, the All-Knowing, the All-Wise. With the hands of renunciation draw forth from its life-giving waters, and sprinkle therewith all created things, that they may be cleansed from all man-made limitations and may approach the mighty seat of God, this hallowed and resplendent Spot."     (Baha'u'llah, Gleanings from the Writings of Baha'u'llah, p. 279)

I have been running workshops on these materials for few years now. This not only helped some wonderful people to have deeper understanding of their own true self but through lively discussions,  exchange of understanding and sharing personal experiences,  it helped me to gain much deeper insight on these topics.  These materials have also been used in discussion groups and with the use of music in devotional gatherings by some of my wonderful family members and friends.

Throughout the website the scripts in bold/italic are from the Baha'i Holy Writings. The readers can draw their own understandings from these profound, these poetic and soul stirring Quotations, these dewdrops from the vast ocean of the Baha’i literature. The other writings, at times inspired by numerous articles and other various sources of my studies, are my own understandings and do not necessarily represent the views of the Baha'i Faith.

I hope that this website can assist others who are travelling a similar path.
